InstantNikah.com is a government-registered and FBR-verified online nikah service operating under the laws of Pakistan, with services extended to Muslim couples across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and 50+ countries worldwide. These terms reflect both our legal obligations and our commitment to operating with full transparency, integrity, and respect for the sanctity of Islamic marriage.

01 · Definitions & Interpretation
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these terms ensures clarity for both parties and prevents any ambiguity in how this agreement is interpreted and applied.
"Platform"
Refers to the website InstantNikah.com, including all pages, content, services, and tools accessible through it.
"Services"
Refers to all online nikah facilitation services provided by InstantNikah.com, including ceremony coordination, qazi/imam assignment, wali arrangement, witness provision, and documentation support.
"User"
Any individual who visits, browses, enquires through, or books a service via InstantNikah.com, including prospective clients, confirmed clients, and third-party family members acting on a couple's behalf.
"Client"
A User who has confirmed a booking and entered into a service agreement with InstantNikah.com by selecting a package and completing payment or payment arrangements.
"Nikah Ceremony"
The Islamic marriage ceremony facilitated by InstantNikah.com, conducted via secured video connection with a licensed qazi or imam, in accordance with the requirements of Islamic law.
"We / Us / Our"
Refers to InstantNikah.com, its directors, management, scholars, staff, and any authorised representatives acting on behalf of the platform.
02 · Eligibility to Use Our Services
InstantNikah.com provides nikah facilitation services exclusively for Muslim individuals seeking to solemnise their marriage in accordance with Islamic law. To be eligible to use our services, the following conditions must be satisfied:
Both parties to the nikah must be Muslim and must enter the marriage of their own free will, without coercion or undue pressure from any party.
Both parties must be of legal marriageable age as defined by the laws of their respective countries of residence. InstantNikah.com does not facilitate the marriage of minors under any circumstances.
Neither party must be in an existing, undissolved marriage that would render a new nikah invalid under Islamic law, unless the arrangement is compliant with Islamic rules regarding polygyny and all applicable local laws.
The parties must not be related to each other in a manner that constitutes a prohibited degree of relationship (mahram) under Islamic law, which would invalidate the nikah.
All information provided to InstantNikah.com during the booking process must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Misrepresentation of any material fact will render this agreement void and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
InstantNikah.com reserves the right to decline any service request without obligation to provide detailed reasons, particularly where our team has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility conditions have not been met or that proceeding would be contrary to Islamic law or applicable legal requirements.
03 · Nature of Our Services
InstantNikah.com is an Islamic marriage facilitation platform. We organise, coordinate, and conduct online nikah ceremonies by bringing together licensed nikah qazis, imams, walis (where required), and witnesses — in a structured, Sharia-compliant environment delivered via secured video connection. It is essential that all users understand the precise nature and scope of what we offer:
Islamic Validity
We facilitate nikah ceremonies that meet the conditions of Islamic law — ijab and qabool, a qualified qazi or imam, the presence of the wali where required, and at least two Muslim witnesses of sound character. The Islamic validity of the ceremony is our primary standard.
Civil Registration
InstantNikah.com facilitates the Islamic nikah ceremony and provides nikah documentation. Civil or legal registration of the marriage with government authorities in the client's country of residence is the sole responsibility of the client. We do not act as a legal marriage registrar in any jurisdiction outside Pakistan.
Documentation
Following each ceremony, we provide appropriate nikah documentation as included in the selected package. The scope of documentation — including nikah nama and supporting materials — is specified per package. Clients should review their chosen package carefully prior to booking.
Clients are solely responsible for understanding the legal requirements for marriage recognition in their country of residence or nationality. InstantNikah.com strongly advises all clients — particularly those residing outside Pakistan — to seek independent legal advice regarding the civil recognition of an Islamic nikah conducted online, and to take any additional steps required by their local law to formalise their marriage in the civil register.
InstantNikah.com does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or visa-related guidance. Any information shared by our team is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal counsel.
04 · Booking, Payment & Confirmation
A booking with InstantNikah.com is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed payment or an agreed partial payment as communicated by our team. Until payment confirmation is received, no date, qazi, or time slot is reserved or guaranteed. The following terms apply to all bookings:
Package Selection
Clients must select a package that accurately reflects the services they require. All packages are clearly described on our website. InstantNikah.com does not assume responsibility for clients selecting a package that does not match their needs if the package description was available at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm a booking. All fees are quoted in the currency agreed during the booking process. Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new bookings but will not change for confirmed and paid bookings. All payments must be made through the payment methods authorised by InstantNikah.com.
Confirmation
Upon successful payment, clients will receive a written confirmation of their booking via email or the communication channel agreed upon during the booking process. This confirmation will include the confirmed date, time, assigned qazi or imam, and any other relevant arrangement details.
Same Day & Urgent Bookings
For same day or urgent nikah bookings, availability is subject to qazi and scheduling capacity at the time of request. InstantNikah.com will make every reasonable effort to accommodate urgent requests but cannot guarantee availability in all cases. Urgent bookings may carry a priority service fee as communicated at the time of enquiry.
05 · Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, sometimes unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties while acknowledging the significant administrative, scheduling, and scholarly resources allocated to each confirmed booking.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 working days of the cancellation request being confirmed in writing. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at the time of booking. InstantNikah.com does not accept verbal cancellations — all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our official communication channels.
In the event that InstantNikah.com is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, the client will be entitled to either a full reschedule at no charge or a full refund of all amounts paid. We take our scheduling commitments seriously and will communicate proactively with clients if any unforeseen issue arises on our side.
06 · Client Responsibilities
A successful nikah ceremony requires active and responsible participation from both parties and their representatives. By booking with InstantNikah.com, clients agree to fulfil the following responsibilities:
Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about themselves, their marital history, and any relevant circumstances that may affect the validity of the nikah. This includes prior marriages, divorces, and any matters of Islamic legal significance.
Technical Readiness: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functioning device with camera and audio capabilities, and access to a private and appropriate environment for the ceremony at the agreed time. Technical failures on the client's side that prevent the ceremony from proceeding will not entitle the client to a refund.
Punctuality: Clients must be present and ready at the agreed time for the ceremony. A grace period of up to 15 minutes will be extended. If the client is not reachable or present after 15 minutes without prior notice, the session may be treated as a no-show and forfeiture of the booking fee will apply.
Respectful Conduct: Clients and all participants are expected to engage with the ceremony and with our scholars and staff with the respect and dignity that a nikah ceremony demands. InstantNikah.com reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if any participant behaves in a manner deemed disrespectful, disruptive, or contrary to Islamic etiquette.
Legal Compliance: Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their nikah is recognised and compliant with the laws of their country of residence. InstantNikah.com facilitates the Islamic ceremony and is not responsible for any civil, immigration, or legal consequences arising from a client's failure to register or comply with local marriage laws.
07 · Privacy, Confidentiality & Data
InstantNikah.com takes the privacy and confidentiality of its clients with the utmost seriousness. The personal information shared with us during the booking and ceremony process — including names, identity details, marital history, and family information — is treated as strictly confidential. We do not sell, share, or disclose client information to third parties except where required by law or where explicitly consented to by the client.
Personal data collected by InstantNikah.com is used exclusively for the purposes of facilitating your nikah ceremony, issuing documentation, communicating with you regarding your booking, and improving our services. We retain client records for a reasonable period in accordance with our legal and administrative obligations.

Clients have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, and to request corrections where inaccuracies exist. Such requests should be directed to our team via the Contact page. We will respond to data requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.
08 · Intellectual Property
All content published on the InstantNikah.com website — including but not limited to text, design, layout, logos, graphics, photography, video, and written material — is the intellectual property of InstantNikah.com and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without the prior written consent of InstantNikah.com. Unauthorised use of our content — including the replication of our service descriptions, pricing structures, or brand materials — constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
The InstantNikah.com name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of this platform. Their use by any third party without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
09 · Limitation of Liability
InstantNikah.com provides its services with care, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to quality. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InstantNikah.com shall not be held liable for the following:
The civil, legal, or immigration recognition of a nikah ceremony conducted through our platform in any jurisdiction outside Pakistan. Clients are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local marriage laws.
Technical disruptions, internet failures, platform outages, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control that prevent or interrupt a scheduled ceremony. In such cases, InstantNikah.com will offer a rescheduled session at the earliest available opportunity.
Any consequences arising from false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client during the booking or ceremony process, including consequences of concealed prior marriages or undisclosed prohibited relationships.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any nature arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services offered by InstantNikah.com, beyond the value of the service fee paid.
Disputes arising between the parties to the nikah, their families, or any third parties — whether before, during, or after the ceremony. InstantNikah.com facilitates the ceremony and does not mediate, adjudicate, or bear responsibility for marital, family, or legal disputes.
In all cases, the maximum liability of InstantNikah.com to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the service in question. This limitation applies regardless of the nature or basis of the claim.
10 · Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, or with the services provided by InstantNikah.com, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, clients are encouraged to raise concerns directly with InstantNikah.com through our Contact page. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly, promptly, and in a manner consistent with our values and our obligations to our clients. Most concerns can and should be resolved through direct communication, and we make this our first and preferred approach in every case.
Where a dispute relates to a matter of Islamic law or Sharia compliance, InstantNikah.com may refer the matter to a qualified Islamic scholar or sharia board for an advisory opinion, the outcome of which will be considered in good faith by both parties.
11 · Amendments to These Terms
InstantNikah.com reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform or its services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We encourage all users and clients to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should discontinue use of our services and notify us in writing. For bookings confirmed prior to any amendment, the terms applicable at the time of booking confirmation shall govern that specific booking.
