Refund and Cancellation Policy
We aim to be fair and transparent with our booking process. Because we coordinate global schedules for scholars and witnesses, we follow these specific rules:
* Pre-Process Refunds: If you cancel your booking before we begin the coordination or scholar assignment, you will receive a full refund.
* Confirmed Bookings: Once your nikah date is confirmed or the coordination process has started, refunds are not available as our staff and qazi have already reserved that time for you.
* Technical Issues: If a nikah online service cannot be completed due to a technical failure or delay on our end, we will offer to reschedule immediately or provide a full refund.
* Processing Time: Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Terms & Conditions
By using InstantNikah.com, you agree to the following terms for your online nikah ceremony:
1. Sharia Compliance: All services follow strict Islamic guidelines. We provide a religiously valid online nikkah led by a qualified online qazi for nikah.
2. Consent and Age: Both the bride and groom must be of legal age according to their local customs and must give their free and full consent during the video call.
3. Requirements: A valid ceremony requires a Wali (guardian) and two Muslim witnesses. If you do not have witnesses, our online nikah service with witness package can provide them for you.
4. Payment: Coordination begins only after payment is confirmed. This ensures the online qazi for nikah is secured for your specific time slot.
5. Documentation: Depending on your package, we provide a signed Sharia certificate in PDF format. Please note that this is proof of a religious union and is not a substitute for government civil registration.
6. Notice Period: We generally require 12–24 hours' notice for standard bookings. However, our Emergency Nikah service can be arranged within 1 hour for urgent situations.
7. Responsibility: Clients must ensure all participants (bride, groom, Wali) are present and have a stable internet connection for the video call.
8. Legal Status: Instant Nikah handles the religious Sharia procedure only. Any legal or civil registration required by your country of residence (such as for an online nikah service usa) is the responsibility of the couple.
