To verify that the parties meet the conditions required under Islamic law for a valid nikah — including confirming the absence of any prohibited relationships, undissolved prior marriages, or other circumstances that would affect the ceremony's validity.
Service Improvement

InstantNikah.com shares content on its Gallery page and Reviews page exclusively. Any ceremony highlights, testimonials, or client feedback shared on these pages is done so only with the following strict safeguards in place:
Full names are never disclosed. We do not publish the real names of any couple in our Gallery or in any client review shown on our website. All names used are either initials, first names only where the client has explicitly consented, or anonymised entirely.
Personal details are hidden. No location, nationality, family information, or any other detail that could identify a specific individual or couple is shared without their explicit consent.
Visual content is handled with care. Any images or visual materials shared in our Gallery are selected with the couple's dignity and privacy in mind. No identifiable imagery is published without the prior and explicit written consent of the parties involved.
Reviews are voluntarily submitted. Client testimonials featured on our Reviews page are provided voluntarily by clients who choose to share their experience. We do not fabricate, alter, or pressure clients into submitting reviews.
No sharing on social media or third-party platforms without express client consent. We do not post client ceremony details, images, or stories on any external platform — including social media — without the individual and specific approval of the couple concerned.
This commitment is not conditional. It applies to every couple, regardless of their country, background, or the package they have chosen. The sanctity of your nikah is private by its very nature, and we honour that in every decision we make about what is shared, where it is shared, and how it is presented.

04 · Data Sharing — Who Sees Your Information

Our Licensed Scholars & Staff: The assigned qazi or imam and any witnesses involved in your ceremony will be provided with the minimum personal information required to conduct the nikah correctly — specifically the names of the parties and any Islamically relevant details. Legal & Regulatory Requirements: In the event that we are required by law, court order, or regulatory authority to disclose certain information, we will comply with that obligation to the minimum extent required and will notify the client where we are legally permitted to do so.
Trusted Service Providers: Where we use trusted third-party tools for communication, scheduling, or payment processing, those providers may process limited data as part of delivering those services. All such providers are selected carefully and are required to handle data securely and only for the purpose for which it was shared.
